- Java Developer with Cloud and OMS Enhancements Job Description Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Java Developer with expertise in cloud technologies and OMS enhancements. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-based applications and services. Your work will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance existing OMS solutions and integrate them seamlessly with cloud platforms. Responsibilities: Design and Development: Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to design and implement Java-based solutions. Develop and maintain cloud-native applications using Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure. Implement OMS enhancements to improve order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment workflows. Cloud Infrastructure: Plan, design, and deploy cloud infrastructure using AWS, GCP, or Azure. Optimize cloud resources for scalability, performance, and cost-effectiveness. Ensure security, compliance, and high availability of cloud services. Integration: Integrate OMS solutions with cloud services, APIs, and third-party systems. Implement event-driven architectures and microservices patterns. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues. Performance Optimization: Monitor application performance and identify bottlenecks. Optimize code, database queries, and system configurations. Implement caching, load balancing, and other performance-enhancing techniques. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, QA engineers, and UI/UX designers. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Required Skills: Java Development: Proficiency in Java programming, including Spring Framework and Hibernate. Experience with RESTful APIs and web services. Cloud Expertise: Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Knowledge of cloud services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and VPC. Order Management System (OMS): Understanding of OMS concepts, including order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment. Experience enhancing OMS solutions (e.g., Sterling, Manhattan, Fluent Commerce, Kibo, Nextuple).
